LRRC59

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,466 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC59-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA1C, NCLN, and KPNB1. Each is linked with LRRC59 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC59-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC59 versus TUBA1C in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC59→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
