Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,299 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC59-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, Positive regulation of nuclear cell cycle DNA replication, and Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with LRRC59 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC59-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC59 results are reported.
