Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC57P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,446 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC57P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ventricular system development, Regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with LRRC57P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC57P1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC57P1 results are reported.
