Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC57P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC57P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LRRC57P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC57P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, THCA, and STAD are the cancer types where LRRC57P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
