Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC57 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC57 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher LRRC57 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC57 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.

ESCA, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where LRRC57 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
