Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC56 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 464 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC56-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2K1, WDR76, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with LRRC56 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC56-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC56 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K1 grouped by LRRC56-low versus LRRC56-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC56→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC56) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
