The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher LRRC52 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC52 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, KIRC, and GBM are the cancer types where LRRC52 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
