LRRC4C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,528 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, MMP2, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with LRRC4C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4C-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC4C versus ZCCHC24 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
