Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC4C RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC4C data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LRRC4C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC4C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LGG show a favorable association.

KIRP, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where LRRC4C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
