Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC4C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 483 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR3, PVALB, and PCK2. Each is linked with LRRC4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4C-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC4C versus KDELR3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
