LRRC4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,628 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC3, PYCR1, and CNOT3. Each is linked with LRRC4C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4C-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAC3 grouped by LRRC4C-low versus LRRC4C-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
