LRRC4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,306 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNL3, GPR75, and FAM205A. Each is linked with LRRC4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4C-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNL3 grouped by LRRC4C-low versus LRRC4C-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
