Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC4B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC4B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher LRRC4B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where LRRC4B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
