LRRC4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,776 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK2, PALM, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with LRRC4B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4B-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC4B versus ANK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
