Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,771 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR4, LOXL2, and PSTPIP2. Each is linked with LRRC4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4B-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC4B versus CXCR4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
