LRRC4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,342 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Positive regulation of cation transmembrane transport. Each is linked with LRRC4B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4B-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by LRRC4B-low versus LRRC4B-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
