Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,149 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC47-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL9, TMEM201, and NOC2L. Each is linked with LRRC47 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC47-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC47 versus NOL9 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
