Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,749 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC47-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBIAD1, INTS11, and CLCN6. Each is linked with LRRC47 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC47-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC47 versus UBIAD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
