Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC47-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM28, RS1, and DSG4. Each is linked with LRRC47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC47-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC47 results are reported.
