Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC47 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,680 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC47-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8A2, GOLGA1, and RTP1. Each is linked with LRRC47 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC47-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC47 results are reported.
