LRRC46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC46-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCG4, MBD3L4, and PRSS58. Each is linked with LRRC46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC46-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABCG4 grouped by LRRC46-low versus LRRC46-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC46→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
