LRRC45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,603 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4A3, RFC4, and ATAD2. Each is linked with LRRC45 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC45-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC45 versus EIF4A3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC45→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
