LRRC45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC45-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P6, MTCO3P45, and MTND4LP24. Each is linked with LRRC45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC45-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1P6 grouped by LRRC45-low versus LRRC45-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC45→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
