LRRC42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC42-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS31P1, RNU6-1220P, and MIR4499. Each is linked with LRRC42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC42-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS31P1 grouped by LRRC42-low versus LRRC42-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC42→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
