Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,006 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM4, SMARCA4, and KHDRBS1. Each is linked with LRRC41 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC41-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC41 results are reported.
