LRRC41

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,200 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAVER2, IQCH-AS1, and SRSF10. Each is linked with LRRC41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC41-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC41 versus RAVER2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC41→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
