LRRC41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC41 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC41-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, cIAP, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with LRRC41 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC41-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by LRRC41-low versus LRRC41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC41→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
