Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,950 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagy, SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with LRRC41 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC41-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC41 results are reported.
