Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC41-associated genes across cancer lineages are TERB2, C5orf52, and SIGLEC8. Each is linked with LRRC41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC41-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC41 results are reported.
