Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,486 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC40-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDFY4, WRNIP1, and MCM3. Each is linked with LRRC40 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC40-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC40 results are reported.
