LRRC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFC1, TAFA1, and R3HDML. Each is linked with LRRC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFC1 grouped by LRRC4-low versus LRRC4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
