LRRC37A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC37A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,869 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC37A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBPF11, NBPF9, and POLG2. Each is linked with LRRC37A2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC37A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC37A2 versus NBPF11 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC37A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC37A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
