LRRC37A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC37A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC37A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBAP7, RPS12P15, and RPL17P12. Each is linked with LRRC37A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC37A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBAP7 grouped by LRRC37A2-low versus LRRC37A2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC37A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC37A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
