Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC37A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,620 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC37A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Centrosome duplication, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with LRRC37A2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC37A2 results are reported.
