LRRC37A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC37A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC37A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT3, MYL10, and GZMK. Each is linked with LRRC37A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC37A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT3 grouped by LRRC37A2-low versus LRRC37A2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC37A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC37A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
