Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC37A15P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC37A15P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LRRC37A15P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC37A15P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and GBM show a favorable association.

CESC, KIRC, and MESO are the cancer types where LRRC37A15P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
