Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC37A13P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,442 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC37A13P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Protein localization to lysosome. Each is linked with LRRC37A13P in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC37A13P-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC37A13P results are reported.
