Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC37A13P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC37A13P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRC37A13P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC37A13P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, ESCA, and CHOL are the cancer types where LRRC37A13P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
