Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC37A12P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC37A12P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LRRC37A12P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC37A12P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and OV show a favorable association.

HNSC, THCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where LRRC37A12P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
