Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC37A11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC37A11P data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRC37A11P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC37A11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and COAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, LIHC, and STAD are the cancer types where LRRC37A11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
