Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC37A11P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC37A11P data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LRRC37A11P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC37A11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where LRRC37A11P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
