LRRC37A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC37A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,634 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC37A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EFTUD2, PRPF6, and MYEF2. Each is linked with LRRC37A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC37A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC37A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC37A versus EFTUD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC37A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC37A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
