LRRC37A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC37A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC37A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and 4E-BP1_pT37_T46. Each is linked with LRRC37A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC37A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC37A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by LRRC37A-low versus LRRC37A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC37A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC37A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
