Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC37A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,431 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC37A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Constitutive heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with LRRC37A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC37A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC37A results are reported.
