The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LRRC36 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC36 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, KIRP, and LIHC are the cancer types where LRRC36 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
