LRRC36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, IFT140, and RRP36_S73. Each is linked with LRRC36 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC36-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC36 versus TPPP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC36→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
