LRRC36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC36-associated genes across cancer lineages are Stathmin, TSC1, and Bid. Each is linked with LRRC36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC36-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Stathmin grouped by LRRC36-low versus LRRC36-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC36→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
