LRRC36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC36-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTP3, LIM2, and IFNA10. Each is linked with LRRC36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC36-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTP3 grouped by LRRC36-low versus LRRC36-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC36→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
