The most reproducible LRRC34P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with LRRC34P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC34P1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC34P1 results are reported.
