LRRC34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,454 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPIN1, MAN2A1, and CD74. Each is linked with LRRC34 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC34-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC34 versus SPIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC34→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
